Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are consumable and age-restricted, the following terms apply.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, less original shipping.

Opened or consumable items

For health, safety, and legal reasons, opened flower, edibles, gummies, vapes, and tinctures cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or defective

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to start a return

Email our team via the Contact page with your order number. Approved returns receive instructions; items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
