Processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Carriers & delivery

We ship via major carriers with tracking provided by email. Standard delivery is generally 2–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product branding on the exterior. An adult 21+ may be required to sign on delivery.

Restrictions

We only ship where our hemp-derived products are legal. Orders to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm local legality.

Lost or stolen

If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first, then reach us via the Contact page and we'll help resolve it.
